Summer is literally right around the corner and my favorite part about it has to be the amazing music festivals. Starting with the OG (original) of festivals Coachella Valley Music Festival leading the way. Enjoying music outdoors with friends and dancing the night away definitely defines a memorable summer. Now we all know that during these amazing festivals it gets extremely hot and temperatures can reach the high hundreds depending on the location. One of the most highly anticipated parts of these summer music festivals has to be what you will be sporting. Basically it's the music festival red carpet of the best most creative and heat resistant looks. One of my favorite looks to sport during these hot summer's has to be flowy skirts and dresses.  



Next to being hydrated comfort has to definitely be the most important aspect while in the heat. Having a fabric that's breathable is a must. 


Light colors also help with surviving the heat that can lead to overheating when choosing dark colored clothes.

Wet N Wild has launched brand new products to their cosmetics line and I am very impressed. If you've been a long time reader of mine then you know how much I enjoy Wet N Wild cosmetics. One of the best drugstore eyeliners in my opinion has to be Wet N Wild Mega last liquid eyeliners. I always recommend Wet N Wild as an alternative to some high end products. Wet N Wild recently released 1 Step WonderGel Gel Polishes that come in many colors from warm to cool and glittery shades.  


I've heard all the wonders of gel polishes but dreaded all the steps to achieve a perfect long lasting manicure. When I saw this at my local drugstore I was extremely excited to see that it was only one step. Doesn't require no lights,extra top coats or anything else beside just applying your polish just like you would with your regular polishes. As you can see I choose a very subtle pink called Pinky Swear.



Just like when you are going to apply your regular nail polish you want to use nail polish remover so you can have clean nails to start with. The brush is easy to use, it's the same brush that is in the Wet N Wild Shine polishes. One coat covers your whole nails as the polish is pigmented but I just enjoy applying two coats. 


This is the final look with two coats. I really enjoy this formula, it's nice and thick but not too thick that it's impossible to apply neatly. There's no strong scent in the polish which is a plus for me. I've had it on for only a day but I've washed dishes,played tug of war with my dog and it's yet to crack.

One of the latest obsessions and trends in the beauty industry right now are liquid lipsticks. They are literally everywhere specially on instagram and Youtube. I personally am a fan of all kinds of lipsticks from drugstore to high end. If it's a great formula with great color I will definitely try it. When I saw these lipstick I instantly fell for them. The dark colors are perfect for Fall and Winter. The best part is that they are found at the drugstores.


Unfortunately I was only able to get three colors because they were sold out. The colors that I was able to get are Timeless, Stunner and Secret. They feel great on the lips and are extremely long lasting.

If you are new to liquid lipsticks I would suggest to line your lips before you put on your liquid lipstick. If you want to apply two coats you have to completely wait till the lipstick is dry on your lips then apply a second coat.

One of my favorite things about these Shany Cosmetics Lipsticks are the fact that I tried them all on in one sitting and not once did my lips crack or feel dry. The lipsticks are enriched with Aloe Vera and Vitamins that just leave your lips feeling so magnificent. While being super smooth with true to color pigments that are long lasting through out the day.


Since these lipsticks come in a set of 12 they are numerical and don't have names like most lipsticks. I actually prefer that because I remember numbers better than names. Starting from the top down the first lipstick is 01,02,03,04,05,06,07,08,09,10,11,12. My go to everyday lipstick is 4 it's the perfect nude.
