Get Your Body Back! Part 2. (90 Day Fitness Challenge)

I'm back with my long awaited Get Your Body Back part 2 post I know it's taken a while to post and the wait is over. Let me just say that with hard work everything will slowly bloom into place. If you come in with the mindset of getting results in a day you're not going to succeed, you will sadly fail since you have false expectations. It's important to eat well (five times a day) healthy yet delicious food. I myself have never been a fan of meat so it was easy to cut out eating meat but since I am breastfeeding I make sure to get my protein from other sources such a beans,greens and more. SO...Your probably saying can we skip all this health talk and get to the pictures!!! ...lets get to the comparisons.

I use to think I wasn't doing much progress but now that I looked back at the pictures i'm really taken back. If you are determined you can definitely do anything you put your mind to.



This is exactly 13 months postpartum and I honeslty thought I would never have a flat tummy again but if you try hard anything is possible. I myself don't own a scale but occasionally I do weigh myself when I'm in Publix and my last weight was 127. (lost 8 pounds *138* when I started). If I could do this you can do it too. Don't give up hope or try to go the easy way out with diet pills or surgery. If you put your mind to it you will succeed.
