This year has been the hottest year ever in my opinion. Every time I go out I can't wear jeans what so ever the heat and humidity here in Florida is insane. Though I always opt for refreshing summer dresses and rompers my legs and arms always tend to burn from the sun. Here are 5 tips to stay nice and cool the remaining days of summer.


Tip # 1 Water- Always carry a bottle of water with you. Not only will it keep you fresh and will calm down you're thirst it is one of the best sort of refreshment for you're skin. *Try to buy a reusable water bottle over having a plastic one that's not good for the environment *


Tip # 2 Use light weight fabrics - Such as gauze, linen , light weight cotton and natural fibers. Man made fabrics usually tend to itch and bother because it has chemicals so stay away from them.


Tip# 3 Hair Buns - During these boiling hot temperatures having your hair up in a bun or pony tail is the best option. * Don't stick to boring and traditional buns have some fun and creativity *



Tip # 4 Fruits - Making yourself fruit snacks and eating fruits during summer is not only tasty but also very refreshing to yourself and your skin. Fruits such as watermelon,grapes and lychees etc..* Apples are good for helping fight acne specially in winter eat 3 to 4 a day* * Orange fruits help prevent lung, stomach and esophageal cancer *



Tip # 5 Ice Cream - There is nothing more refreshing than some old fashion ice cream. Who doesn't love ice cream on a hot steamy summer? It might be Gelato, Sherbet or Sorbet but everyone could agree that it will help refresh.
